I have initiated the home interior discussion with Livspace in January ****. I have paid **k on **th of January as confirmation as customer. After detailed discussion with designers and with *D design planning I have completed the payment of Rs. ****** (Approx). After ** months (i.e. October ****) of delay the work has been partially completed (custom work is still pending from the Livspace). From last * months I am following up with Livspace team for work completion and I am only getting excuses and new fake timelines without any resolution. After more than year and internal livspace escalation, I wanted to present this case and proceed legally.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
