- LivPure 1 TON AC issue Closed
Livepure AC which was bought from Flipkart for which I have purchased Jeeves- Extended Warranty Protection Plan during AC installation.
In the month of March **** , I had raise a *st complaint which was attempted multiple times by Jeeves engineer (during multiple visit by engineer PCB repairing, external fan motor repairing and even Gas refilling was done ) but AC is still not working as expected.
For which I had already chasing Jeeves support team from last month i.e. June **** both on support email id and call.
On every mail they reply with below message i.e.
Greetings from Jeeves!
We are sorry for the inconvenience and delay caused.
We have escalated the issue to our concerned team and we will get back to you within * business days with the resolution.
We would like to inform you that we are working on the process and we are putting in all efforts to get the same resolved earlier.
Thanks for your patience.
Till now they have not come up with the solution, mean while they even ask me for the bank details for refund process in the month on May **** but that was also not completed by them. Request you to please look into this matter ASAP and help me in getting refund of my AC because it seems that they are not able to fix the AC issue and Jeeves are just wasting my time.
