Jeevees - Refund

My claim id CLAFLK*************** on phone realme p* *g .
I share my account details on */**/**** on jeevees with register mobile number
After that on **/**/**** i also share my account details with email ( gulzarsingh****@gmail.com) and call customer support and verify details. They suggest me with in * details u get refund
But I call customer support for refund details on **/**/**** they answered me your phone return on **/**/****
No body contact me regarding this

What is this sir
Firstly jeeves asked me your phone repairing cost more than **% and u get refund
I cantact many time customer support but they don't agree with repair
After that I agree and share bank details and they not give me refund.
Then after I call customer support, she asked me u sent mail again and u get support but I asked her everytime your team asked for mail but I not received any feedback so she mentioned about in refund on system so because I don't want phone with repair or i want refund.
So please refund my amount sir
