PVR - Lights not dimmed during later half

Hi. I went to PVR Pathankot today few hours back with a colleague for Insidious movie *:** pm show. The cinema didnt turn off the lights for nearly ** mins post interval. The movie was hardly * hr ** mins long and this created such nonsense with people shouting to turn off lights and no one paying heed.
I'm attaching couple videos to show the same incident. I know recording isn't allowed but had to do this since I had to present evidence.
This not only wadted out time but proved pathetic for the feel of the movie since it was a horror genre and we had to watch it with full lights on!
Need full refund for this.
