I purchased PVRINOX Passport on **-Oct-****.
When trying to book the ticket for Monday neither the Apps is showing my passport details nor the ticket is being booked.
Tried to contact the customer service helpline where and from * hours the same canned reason "the call volume is high please try again later" is being repeated.
This was the case with Whatsapp and email as well.
If this was the case then why they are promoting the product?
Litrally this was kind of looting the customers in an easy way.
By this pathetic customer support and apps maintainence no ine will be able to utilize the so call passport to a full extent.
This means direct profit to PVR without any risk. Just bluff the customer and take the money away.
