I enrolled my kid Raziel Creado for Lido online classes while he was in class *. They lured us into scholarship and got the admission done. The pandamic times also is a reason why I had him joined Lido for what studies meant. Raziel never went to primary school after pandemic broke just when he finished Kindergarten. The school had online classes with just notes over classroom.
This made me enroll him to Lido. The program was well advertised in school which got my attention. Being the bread earner I decided to take a loan and give him a classroom like education though it would be online. I have been duped by Lido my EMI are still going on from ** months tenure. The Lido portal is also not functioning. The OTP never generated to login to the Lido App. I still have *** classes left. Please team if you can help or channelize me to get my money back.
