we have registered for Lido online classes Young Leader's Scholarship Program by paying the fees of Rs.*****/- on *rd May **** (HDFC bank emi transaction with ** months EMI Rs.****/- per month).
After taking few classes my kid was not interested in attending the classes and lost interest as there were many changes after taking course(faculties keep changing, classes were not interested the timings did not match after here school started).
We requested to initiate the refund as we decided to close this as it was not feasible to attend classes and not effective as well for the student.
Lido company has taken request and approved the request but did not make the payment (or refund money yet). They have been telling that it has been approved and will be credited soon (in ** days).. kept on following the refund status but came to know that the company is shut by the CEO and stopped providing services. We waited so long thinking that we will get the refund but it is clear now that they have not only cheated parents but also the teachers and their staff.
Attached are the receipts and emails for reference from Lido. Please process our complaint against Lido and get my money refunded (Rs.*****/-).
Note: currently I am in position that knowing that company has cheated, I can't stop EMI being deducted from my bank as bank says that they already paid total amount to Lido and Lido is responsible to process the refund. Attached are the proofs. -
