My Father(Harihar Naik) working as school driver a policy policy name with LIC, policy number *********. The policy matured in December ****. I am writing to you regarding the inadequate and false information provided during the purchase of the policy by the agent.

LIC Agent Mr.Manjunath approached me in **** regarding policy No.*********. He convinced me to take the insurance plan telling that there will be a payback of Rs. * lakhs plus interest on an investment of Rs. *.** lakhs.

I recently approached Mr. Manjunath(**********) with the policy documents on month, two months before the maturity of the policy and he assured us that I will be getting returns as promised during purchase of the policy.

Now when I approached LIC office for money post maturity I am told that I will be getting only Rs.******rs less than the paid amount..

When I contacted Mr. Mr. Manjunath(**********) he is not ready to take the responsibility and blaming the LIC. He has informed us that LIC has changed terms on this policy and the agents were not informed about the same.

I have invested Rs.****** from last ** years in this policy and getting Rs.******rs back. As a consumer from a lower middle class family who has invested the hard earned money putting trust on a person who represents LIC, I feel betrayed. Request you to take action against this and help me get my money back that invested for all these years.
