Lic Of India - false promises by the agent and fradulently opening schemes with stranger nominee with out our conse

Sir,

I am a resident of madhupur po+ps madhupur, district deoghar, jharkhand pin ******. In the year ****, an agent of LIC named Mr Das resident of madhupur deoghar, approached my illiterate parents and opened for them LIC. It was for ** years , he told earlier that after maturity we would get **,*** rs as interested.....so my gullible parents agreed to him and they paid regularly the premium amounts. But after ** years i.e. today March **th ****...we got our maturity and came to know that we got only around ***** RS as interested........today we called him at our house and enquired about it......to which he stated that it was like this only and he didn't ever told about that **,*** rs interest.....

After looking into this matter...i came to know that.....he fraudently made my parents to open LIC scheme.....

I have no problem with the LIC scheme....but I have a concern about the ethics of LIC agents.....who fool gullible poor people to invest or pay in LIC scheme by making them false promises...

Today he told that...it is good that you people started LIC....but our sentiment were deeply hurt by the fraudent behaviour of him...

If he would told us the truth earlier that we will be getting this and this....then we would not get such hurt at the end of my parents ** years money...which they earned by cutting their stomach.....


We asked him Why would any hand to mouth person will invest his money if he would not get any profit from it?

People are made fool by these types of agents that the clients would get such and such profit. Should this be the ethics of LIC agents?

Is it wrong to say that LIC company is making money by fooling and looting poor peoples money with the help of these fraud agents??

What actions the LIC company will take against these agents? Or we should file a criminal / consumer case agaist him under *** IPC.

Is it wrong to say that these agents loot the poor people...and there is nothing to state them white caller criminals.

I have a deep trust in Indian constitution, but today I am feeling helpless about my parents....my parents are so gullible that upon getting cheated even their eyes are full of tears, they did not want to complain about the agent, and are saying that God will punish the fraudsters.

Without the consent of my mother again...this agent fraudently took my mother signatures stating that is it necessary before getting maturity amount....but today I came to know that he again started another scheme... without the consent of my mother.

We are not interested in LIC schemes any more.....
again this man fraudently took my mother's signatures without her consent in the name of necessary documents and opened another lic of ** years with a stranger nominee....
