Deepti panwar filed complaint against LIC on May 13, 2017
Dear Sir
My LIC policy no ********* on name of Deepti panwar was matured in November ****.ts been more than * months that my policy was matured in November **** and till date i have not received money.
I have visited your branch office in Karol bagh(***) and they are saying there is system issue. They are saying your policy has been matured and all premium has been received but due to system error it could not be processed further.
Due to we have been come to monitory loss since in **th april my marriage we have comes in huge debt.
This policy amount is what our saving which was not being received and we have to borrow money on high interest rate and going thru monitory loss.
Request you to please help in this matter.
