LIC - Fraud in Policy

I had purchased a policy named Jeewan Anand from a local agent of LIC branch Dehra District Kangra HP. When the agent was selling the company policy, he did not tell me the actual fact or truth about the policy that if I didn't completed my * years terms of regular premium payments period for any reason my policy will be lapsed without maturity and I did not receive anything from LIC or no money will be paid to me by LIC. I have paid Rs ****/- Qtrly w.e.f. **/**** to **/****=*****/-. Rs and not received back a single rupees back from LIC, when I spoke about my policy tin lic branch Dehra and with the agent tthen he told me that the company policy is of * years continuous premium payments if u did not paid for * years regularly you did not receive anything. That's not my fault when they sell me the policy then why they did not told me anything about that foolish policy of lic. If any reason a customer did not completed * years of premium payments due to bad financial condition of his family Lic has no right to grab or lapsed his policy full amount. Plz help me to receive my principal amount that I had already paid to LIC for atleast * premiums i.e. Rs ******=*****/- Principal amount paid by me... waiting for the justice
