LIC agent is not collecting premium since the last * quarters. Now for the revival of my policy I've to pay a penalty of Rs. ***.**. I've been calling the agent frequently to collect the premium but the agent doesn't show up. Now I've to pay a penalty to revive my policy.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
