Lic Of India - Lic agent cheated 1 lakh rupee he gave licbond and its having zero amount in it currently

I have paid one lakh rupees in jan **** to one guy in the name of lic of India and the name of the lic agent is Karthikeyan r and his mail id is mmrklicindia@gmail.com and fone number is **********,he works at koyambedu lic office as marketing lic agent. This guy have given me a proper lic bond the policy number is *********, as per the policy i am suppose to get **k every three years once which I dint recieved in **** also recently when i checked the policy online the cheque is showing zero balance in it.
I contacted the guy and he is just telling some stories instead of returning my money back.When i tried to contact lic customer care those guys were telling that he has cheated many people in similar way,I need to take a severe action on him and Also i need my money back.
