I bought a LG fridge *-* years back and it was broken recently, I raised a complaint on **th March **** and my complaint number is (RNP************). A technician came after one week *th April ****, fixed it and billed RS. ****.* and now it's broken again after just * days, new complaint number is RNP************. Till then nobody has come to fix and they are harrasing me, nobody is picking call, phones are switched off etc. etc.
