Hi Team,
I am using Phonepe merchant account to collect clients payment. I was onboarded during an offer wherein they are offering *% transaction fee.
They gave the services for free for some time. However, one i collected * lakh rupee from client and phonepe settle that transaction by deducting ₹ **,***.**. whein i asked for a reason they said it is a transaction fee which is *.**% + GST on that.. which was supposed to be INR ****.
when i asked for the remaining discrepancy they simply said that there was a technical issue on their system and we could not charge the transaction fee.
I was in an impression that the offer is still going on. they don't even have any consent from my end wherein it states that they can charge the transaction fee all together.
