I was using phonepe business app for merchant transactions and I have take my amount ******rs. They are not crediting that amount from *th June. I have take a settlement of ******rs. And its been **days that I am following up with them. Everyday they come up with new reason saying that Your bank is not accepting then they say to change the bank account and then they say that your account is blacklisted and it will be updated . Last *days they are only saying it will be updated and they are not doing anything. I have called their customer many times now and I have raised ticket and following up on that so many times but they are only making me fool.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
