Meesho Company - Less amount refund

I have received * return parcel in which I did not get my Product so my Product is lost but meesho only setled half amount so I got loss of ***** . I already mailed them that there is serious fraud is going on in which everytime in return I did not get my product my ticket I'd - ******* , I have given bad rating to supplier support agent because he did not resolve my issue then he personally call me to change my rating to good then he will help me to get full refund so I mailed this with call recording ticket I'd - ******* because he did not help , u can call me for all evidence like video of returns , even I mailed them before ready to ship the order telling them that the order I have received is a fake order because Phone number is not working , but still meesho told me to ship the order then again I got return without my Product in it ticket id - *******
