Meesho Company - Refund denied

My order from Vishni enterprise was picked up amounting to *** and I have not received the refund yet. Meesho customer support executives have continuously told me refund has been initiated and should reflect in my account in a few days. I've kept on waiting patiently. Today I am being told that my account was flagged because I updated the same bank account details in my both my meesho accounts. So why was I lied to for so many days( I have each and every call recording of my interaction with your team of customer support executives where I was promised a refund)? I was not aware that this cannot be done. I was not forewarned. Instead * rupee was sent to confirm my account. Also the product should not have been picked up had my account been flagged. This is practically cheating and a fraudulent activity. Is this how customers are valued? I have referred meesho to so many of my viewers because they put their faith in me and I put my trust in your platform. This is unexpected and unprofessional. I want my money back or the product back. I want a speedy resolution of my grievance. Otherwise consumer court will be only option because I am not letting this go. It is my duty as a responsible citizen to ensure that nobody gets cheated like I was.
I expect the refund to me made to my account at the earliest and a full transparency.
