Ranjan Fender filed complaint against Byju on Jul 2, 2020
I have purchased Byju course for my daughter and after suggestion from Byju sales representative I have to buy the Lenovo pad which as per them is customized for Byju. I already had three pad but had to buy this Byju pad as they cant read their customized sim card as informed by Byju representative. This pad had problem to read the Sim card and install their app on the pad. I complained many times and still the problem continued. The pad now could not be charged so I complained again but now it is more than two months no body attained the complaint instead they are suggesting to buy new pad by payment of **** rupees extra. This is not at all acceptable. this is cheating with customer and they are doing mere business without thinking the loss of the student. I need the pad to be replaced without any extra payment or to be repaired immediately.
