Dear Team,
Please note that I have been literally harassed for the service from the support team and to avoid giving service, they have been trying to trick all possible ways, below is the ticket number that is being opened and closed without providing any kind services. I was asked to purchase ADB on my first call with Mohammed Owais basis my reasoning for the service request.

I have been requesting for the call recording of my first conversation with Mohammed however they are confirming they will provide on every call but they are not providing for a reason (I had purchased the ADB warranty)
I am requesting an immediate action on this please.
