The day the flipkart big billion sale begun I ordered a ** inch panasonic tv. It was on exchange offer. after * days a courier guy came delivered me a broken panel panasonic tv and took away my working tv in exchange.for next * days i used to daily call flipkart and ask whats the status of replacement ,they said technician will visit and then we will let you know.then the technician came and completed his job.now flipkart says i will receive my new tv after ** days. the situation was that my working tv is gone in exchange. i have a broken tv with me of no use.And the great flipkart says that the the broken panel will be taken away after ** days .My situation my money with flipkart,my tv with flipkart,flipkarts broken tv with me that too for ** days.i need proper compensation for this from flipkart. order id:od******************
