ANAND KUMAR filed complaint against Dominos Pizza on May 4, 2019
I ordered pizza on **th April. The pizza was delivered after ** minutes and the quality was not good its too cold. Regarding same, I raised a complaint on **th April the request id number: *******. I had word with customer care they said I can refund you *** Rs from your source account but still the amount is not credited. So I follow up with multiple time below are the details with date:

*st May: *******
*nd May: *******
*th May: *******
Note: Customer care told me you can get a call from our end within ** hrs. I got a call *rd May with the name of Praveen. He told me due to some network issues unable to process the amount in your source account. I can provide you pizza your home address as well your office address but they are not picking my call.
