Desk ordered in December. Delivered in March after requested false assurances about delivery time and after requesting cancellation.
Upon arrival it turned out it had several defects and the finishing was not as advertised.
Even after daily communication since then, issues have not been resolved. They are not refunding despite repeated requests.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
