I ordered a table from the Site online on the **rd of January ****. They have taken a full advance and failed to deliver it so far. Whenever I ask for a refund the customer care person mentions that he is not authorised and a higher executive will call and forward the same.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
