dominos pizza india - Late delivered Item Missing and Tastes Awfull

firstly in this pandemic they have received permission from government to operate and , then there are items on the app which I added which are missing now in my pizza, now the pizza delivery started approximately ** minutes after placing the order the outlet might be * Km from my place , the delivery person could not find my address, ispite of multiple deliveries in the past , he found me after ** min , that also somewhere away from the given address, till then the pizza was cold and now it is uneatable, secondly i ordered stuffed garlic bread , in which jalepeno are missing . what is this i paid for the enitre recipe and not part, I want a claim of ** Crores as i have not eaten since morning and i am still hungry as the pizza is not eatable, i have taken the Pics of both the items
