We are at honeymoon trip (CCU to Cochin) *E *** Indigo Airlines. Laptop was kept in checkin baggage. As we are not a frequent flyer we were not aware that laptop should not be kept at checkin baggage. At the time of boarding we were informed that baggage has been stuck due to laptop and power bank. They informed that It will be sent by next day same flight. And I have to file a PIR in Cochin airport baggage section and I will be able to receive my laptop from Cochin airport. But unfortunately after filing PIR nothing happened. No one is receiving the call. Only a WhatsApp SMS received from their end that we will update you. As it is my office laptop. things are very sensitive and crucial issue. This is mental harrasment from indigo Airlines during honeymoon trip.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
