Kia Motors India Private Limited - Kia Motors India Private Limited Delay in Delivery and no clarity to customer even after 4 months

I am from Ahmedabad and had booked Kia Sonet GTXPlus MT Diesel manual Grey color on **th Oct, **** . However I am yet to get delivery of the same. I was assured that I will be getting the delivery within couple of months (* month max). However, Kia keeps giving false promises and not able to delivery. Additionally in the month of January they have revised the rate of the variant that i booked, and asking for an additional sum of **,***/-.
I strongly advocate, customer consumer court to take action on Kia Motors so as to make them a responsible company. Moreover, They're not giving any clarity to customer for delivery even after * months of booking the vehicle. There is lack of management for sure from dealer side as well as Kia side because if they can't handle the bookings then why taking new orders and creating troubles for customer?
