Kia Motors India Private Limited - Kia Motors cheating customers

I have booked Kia Sonet HTX IMT model in first week of October ****. They promised me the delivery in * to * weeks. They haven't delivered. And they never contacted me to say there is delay. I was going to Showroom and calling the executive lot of time to get updates. They promised me that they will deliver for Dussura festival in october, then for Diwali in November, it did not happen. They missed the promised deadlines. In December, they called me and said, Car is allocated to me and they are not just ***, but ****% confident that I get it in december month, mostly by ** or **nd. But on **th they told, vehicle is ready , but not loaded, so they will deliver by **th december. The manager spoke with loading team and confirmed the same. They told, they got mail saying, car is coming on my name. But today they came back saying, company stopped production and it will be delivered only in Jan ending. As they promised me with ****% confident, I acquired required money by taking some part of it for interest. They wasted my * months and I suffered mentally for * months and I visited showroom more than ** times and now the interest for the borrowed money.
They told me that, from ****, for new model, price is increasing, and we need to buy with hiked price, that way, I need to pay **k extra. Seems, to get that extra **k, they are stopping delivery of vehicles as its just * days, they need to handle customers. This seems to be biggest cheat from Kia motors and Automotive Manufactures pvt Ltd dealership. I heard from their manager, there are so many customers getting effected in similar manner.
So I request Voxya to run social campaign and to know customers experiencing the same fraud and spread the news about the same so that, we help all new customer to be aware of whats going in Kia motors and Automotive Manufactures pvt Ltd dealership.
