Sir I have purchased Surya accent ** burner and orient desk-** table fan from Snapdeal on **/**/**** and found problem with both the order after talking with customer care on phone they tell me to create a replacement request and I will do so after they will pick up the product through nuvo ex having tracking I'd of Surya Accent ** burner:-SND********
And orient fan:-SND******** they confirmed that they received the return product and replacement is approved and it will dispatch soon my Snapdeal registered email I'd is :-anupamvats****@gmail.com and mob no:-**********(registered no with account)
Now they mailed me and miss Priyanka from their escliation team called me and said that they won't refund and replace for my order. Because they found some discripancy in my account this is totally frustrating and illegal that they keep product and amount too hope you help me out sir
