My mother name is Kusum Devi from vill:- Chamraula, Nangal Soti, Bijnor, up, ******. My mother applied for kcc loan and mortgage her land under pnb bank Nangal Soti, Bijnor, ****** up. My mother is a widow and we both brothers living far away from home due to jobs. Hence my mother following to disburse the loan amount since **th February **** to till date which was sanctioned already. but Field officer Mr Aditya denied to disbursed the amount and misbehave with her and rebuke and abuse her. Then I went to branch ask for the reason and I was shocked when the filed officer has very rude and said that I'll not disburse the amount you can do whatever you want to do.
I have a complaint on pm portal and up government portal but no resolution yet. Please help to get our loan amount asap.
