I had ordered crackers from www.kannancrackers.in on **-oct-****. Order No: *****. I paid Rs.*****/- through phonepay app on **-oct-**** after getting confirmed receipt from customer care.
Unfortunately even today (**-**-****) no delivery details are updated and when we called no one picked up the call. I want items or need my refund for the ordered items.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
