I purchased crackers at www.kannancrackers.in on **-**-**** via. Order No: *******. After confirmation from customer care, I made a payment on **-**-**** of Rs.****/- through neft transfer from Indian Bank AC No.********** to Karur Vysya Bank Goundampalayam Branch AC No: ****************. subsequently I was informed that order was cancelled and money will refund. I contacted many times over phone and Whatsapp and message and further sent letter under registered post and courier on **.*.**** and **.*.**** to coimbatore and sivakasi address. There has been no refund of amount as on till date though Voxya also sent legal notice earlier.
