Jio has introduced *** work from pack in that pack some changes done by jio recently , but in jio app showing validity is ** days .. I have done recharge **th but the pack is got expired in the same day , when am contacting customer care they are saying this validity is based in my base pack validity...
If the pack validity is based in base pack validity then why in the JIO showing ** days...This is not correct may customer will lose these money because if this ..
