- JIO mobile network is poor refused to refund Open

I have ported my number ********** and my wife number ********** from Airtel to Jio on **nd Nov ****, from the day one onwards I am facing very bad mobile network issues due to limited coverage of JIO.

I had requested jio to refund the first recharge of Rs *** + Rs *** due to poor network.

Basis on the last TCCMS complaint: MN-**-**-**** we have understood that the network connectivity was impacted due to limited coverage at your location.
Our network team is already working to improve coverage in your area and you will see improvement soon as your location is highly utilized,
We are working hard to improve the coverage in your area.
You can also check your data usage and connectivity of account via MyJio App- HelloJio to check when, where and how your data was used and the signal strength.
We are unable to give time line as of now for any further new planned scope. We regret to inform you that the location for which you had raised a concern may face intermittent issues.
We will be taking steps to improve connectivity in that area as we expand our network in the future. At present we are unable to commit a date.
