*. I have disconnected jio link device (internet service) , Jio link device number is - ********** and pick up successfully date of (**-**-**** ) and Uninstallation appointment number is ********** But (Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd.) did not Send my security deposit amount *,***₹

*. Date of **-**-**** - I did email to Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd care * email ID --

For about security deposit refund,
Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd send to me * email messages but this email was not about my security deposit refund


*. Date of **-**-**** - I did complaint to National Consumer Helpline for my security deposit amount refund, (NCH) Grievance Number is - *******

*. Date of **-**-**** - Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd replied on National Consumer Helpline portal that refund will be credited within * to ** working days. I waited but they lied to me they did not send me my security deposit amount .

*. Date of **-**-****- with this email ID (prioritycare@jio.com) Reliance Jio emailed to me and asked my bank account details and Date of **-**-****- I did email to (prioritycare@jio.com) and I have provided my bank account details

*. Date of **-**-****-- Once again I did complaint to National Consumer Helpline (NCH) about my security deposit amount , New Grievance Number is -- ******* .

*. Date of **-**-****-- Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd replied on National Consumer Helpline portal refund will be processed within next ** working days. I waited but once again they lied to me they did not send me my security deposit amount .

*. Many time I contacted to (Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd.) and send the email and I also has complained to National consumer helpline.Till now (Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd.) has not given my security deposit amount Rs. *,*** ₹
