- Jifiber disconnected the connection Open
Hi, I am a jiofiber customer. From **th July there is no internet. I have raised first complaint on **th July. The engineer came and said "because the cable length is not under the limits we are disconnected it, we can't provide the connection". If that is the case they should say there is no feasibility to give the connection. After paying Rs. **** installation and security deposit and recharged for *months (Rs. ****.**) they are disconnected the connection. So, I have called to customer care and they created multiple tickets to resolve the issue. But they are closing the tickets without any update to me. Generally they will give only security deposit Rs. *** if we cancel the connection. But because the mistake is from their side I am asking for the full amount refund **** and the remaining days recharge amount Rs.*** (** days) on prorated baseis. So, requesting you to please file a case on jiofiber team and help in getting my money back.
