Jiofiber - Jio Fiber Installation Not Done

This is with respect to my order reference number NO****HX**FB , Registered mobile number ********** The kyc was done at **:**am on **th July after which the representative Mr. Harsh Aggarwal informed that the installation will be done today and we will receive a call within next * hours. The same was communicated to me by Mr. Yash Bhatnagar. Again misleading the customer. It's been numerous followup calls with Jio fiber support and also asking them to update the status but in vain. They were prompt enough to approach me for the KYC and advance payment but it's only after have gotten the money no one has taken the pains to at least inform the customer about when the installation is going to take place. It's all about how your sales team approach us constantly when they need to take advance and later on just refuse to help since the money is paid. I already have a jio connection and recommended this to my relatives who lives in nearby flat. Had I known this is what jio is offering I would have suggested them an alternative.
Please remember JIO is not the only service provider in this area. There are other options available as well. I can't really be waiting all day long in the hope of getting a Wifi connection. If the same can't be done please refund my full money. Just because Jio takes customer for granted I can't really suffer on the professional front. Kindly refund my money if the installation can't be done by JIO which seems to be a far fetched shot since customers are nothing but money making machines. There is still no sign of when the installation is going to take place. No one has the answer for the same. JIO support is as useless as ever and so are the representatives who were so eager to get the advance payment
