Jet airways has cancelled my flight ** days before the day of flight. My flight from Mumbai to Bali via Hong Kong on *nd May was cancelled by Jet Airways on **th April. I have still not got my refund of about **,*** INR approximately. PFA ticket. It has been over * months but there is no clarity neither from Jet airways nor from Yatra as when Jet will refund the amount back to my account. I have tried reaching out several times to Jet Airways, however, that of no avail. Yatra, is saying same old story that they are co-coordinating with Jet Airways to get my refund processed, since last * months.
