I purchased jbl flip * speaker from tata cliq online.
On ** oct **** -There was a bad sound coming from the jbl flip * speaker
tata cliq was not taking back speaker
tata cliq said go to jbl service center. Will return there
Then I went to jbl service center jaipur , no one took it they said tata click will take
then I send message to jbl speaker customer care and told them about tata cliq and service center , then jbl customer care replied sent me speaker to Flextronics gurgaon service center by courier
I sent this jbl flip * blue speaker to Flextronics gurgaon service center from dtdc courier.
Then after * month Flextronics gurgaon service center sent me wrong old speaker flip *.
Then I complained to jbl customer care about jbl flip * speaker at least ** times ( when will I get jbl flip * speaker )
They have not yet returned the jbl flip * speaker
