im waiting for my jbl charge * speaker that was * nd time broken to repair
it was told on * november that it will take * to ** days to deliver back to my adres it is now ** december and when im on the phone with jbl they tell me be patient and within ** days it will be delivered to my adres and they say that the spare part is not available.
im angry and i want te refund my money or get a new speaker and not wait any longer , its been every week i hear to be patient and doing calls and mail back and forth all the time.
i have all documents if needed to prove all dates
please help me cuz i need a speaker for my work SOON its holydays now
