I purchased jbl c***SI * months ago from amazon.Soon both the sides stopped working.I called the toll free no for replacement.They said that their service centres are closed due to covid **.They said that they will give instant replacement,I ll only have to cut my earphone in to pieces and send them over whatsapp.I did that accordingly.But they said that the images looks like edited ones.They said to send again and again.I am frustrated.What is my fault.Plss guide e the steps such that my problem gets resolved soon.I am Sayan Ghosh from Asansol,WestBengal.Product purchased on September ****
