Harman Audio - JBL CHARGE 3 PRODUCT NOT RETURNED SINCE 2 MONTHS

Hi, I bought JBL Charge * speakers *-* Months back which had warranty of * Year. After * Months, i faced noise issues with my speakers. So, i raised service request to JBL. First it was picked up by them and returned within a week saying they couldn\'t find any issue(i told them the issue even on call) I raised complaint again for the second time around * months back and my product was picked up by JBL service courier partner. Since then i am trying to get the update on my product but nothing, everytime i get they are checking and they will get back to me. It\'s so frustrating. I have sent a lot of email, call but no response from JBL. Harman International Case # ******** or ******** My product is still not fixed and is in possession oF JBL Service center
