Harman Audio - Wrong package delivered

I have headphones of JBL . Model number-*** BT. My product stopped working which is in warranty . Then i went to service centre of harman near clock tower dehradun. I submitted my product there and after this i received wrong product in replacement. I complained to customer then they picked up my wrong product and promised me to send my original product. But after that they again send me wrong product. I am fed up of this. They already wasted my ** days. I still didn’t get my product. So i want my original product and my lost money due to harman audio.
