I have returned my product " catwalk golden glitter sandles, in the month of May ,its been around * months still have not got the refund for Rs**** , jabong claims that they are not able to find the product in their ware house(this is their carelessness what wld i do if they are not able to find the product?) Iv been raining the issue since * months there is no proper response from them they just closed the issue without any resolution .Pls find the attached screen shot which says refund initiated but i still did not get refund ,raising complaint since * months
