This is about order - *******-*******-*******. I had ordered * products and out of which only * was delivered and that too was a wrong product. I got a call from escalation desk (Shivam) on **th March and he said that the issue has happened in WH and refund will be given. He also said that your complaint was not taken properly earlier and also confirmed that the product was not delivered from your end. He also provided me with the reference number. He said you will get a follow-up call from Myntra but I never received any. Then I called on **th March and spoke to Ram and he also confirmed that refund is in process. Then on **rd March, Ananya also confirmed the same thing and said there is a bit of delay but it will be refunded. On **th March, Damodar called me to say that refund is approved and within * business days, it will reflect in my account. After a couple of hours, he called again and said the refund has been declined. Since then there has been no response. All of them said there has been an enquiry in the warehouse about such cases. Are you going to fool around with my money in your bank? Do you even care about your customers at all? If I don't get my refund then I will have to go the legal way. You guys have crossed all limits of harassment.
