Sreelakshmi filed complaint against Flipkart on May 7, 2021
I lost my **** rs money which I paid for product but I didn't receive. Hence I requested to send me missing product or refund money. However, in instead of refund/resending of products which are missing in my order. My account has been blocked by flipkart.

Reason mentioned is higher returns. This is silly and fake reason. I m plus member and flipkart customer from many years. I have never did intentional returns unless product is defective or poor. I need clarification on this regard. I was behind flipkart customers care people from past ** days on this issue. Same copy paste mail I am getting again and again. But no resolution provided.
Hence I sincerely request you to check this issue.
