Firstcry - Item picked for return but refund not given

I have returns some baby products to firstcry and all were checked well by delivery boy before pickup, i got refund also from firstcry, later after * month when i was trying to order baby products , they have cancellled my order and provided refund and from that refund they have deducted **** rs , when i asked then why they have deducted they told because the return product were not same so they have deducted. This is very reduculas as i was not informed about it before, ias i return real products to them after cheked by delivery boy, then only they proceeded with refund, then how come system is deducting money without notify, even in my firstcry app it is shown that pickup is successfull and refund is proceed there is no where mention that wrong product was there. No delivery boy accept wrong product at time of pickup, they have taken my product also and money also
