Re: This is with reference to the wrong item I received of Rs ***/- instead of the item, I ordered i.e. dropi pure Icelandic cod liver oil *** capsules (***mg), order date **/**/**** .order no.***-*******-*******, amount Rs.****/-.I informed about this to the customer care on **/**/****. Now when I again contacted them on **/**/**** they told me that their final investigation team said the item was delivered as ordered and nothing could be done now. This is completely discouraging to the customer and put the world-renowned company in a bad light. I am again sending the pictures of the item I received in hope that those sitting in the investigation team take notice and bring justice to the customer who got cheated to the tune of Rs ****/- by the seller. It is clear that Amazon is felicitating the fraud committed by the seller.
