I ordered three items from shein, was delivered a wrong parcel which had only one top that i never ordered. I informed them the very minute i received it, i was asked to return it ( self ship it on my own), and that my whole order amount would be refunded, i returned the wrong product as instructed. Instead of refunding my actual amount of inr ****, they refunded only Inr *** saying i only returned the top, i tried explaining them that my actual order was never delivered instead i was given a wrong order, which i returned, but they kept denying saying we cross checked with our staff. The customer executives are rude and of no help, they just refused to help me in any way, were not ready to accept it could be a mistake on their end. This was my first time ordering from shein, i feel so cheated.
I am attaching the parcel received and the wrong product which was inside it. I am also attaching my actual order.
