Dear Sir/Madam,
I have booked two raincoats from Shopclues, however they send me only one raincoat & bill is of two raincoats. The amount was deducted of two raincoats. However, I have called to courier company, they did denied for the same & after many call & e-mail to their customer care department, they are not resolving my query. Kindly take a necessary action against Shopclues & their seller. Seller is (Sagar Bareja- *** Ashok Nagar * , In front of Transformmer Street, Tehsil Camp. Panipat, HR.
